| I cannot get to the beach fast enough. I must be there! Suddenly I leave the foliage and I am at the edge of the scrub. The air is immediately cool and the bright light is such a contrast to that of the dim forest. The sound of the crashing waves rolls over the sand hitting me and piercing the edge of the trees. My eyes search up and down the vast stretch of beach towards the rocks and then towards the dunes. I step forward onto the sand because I have no control and within seconds I am naked. I begin my search. |
